Parineeta Borthakur is an Indian film and television actress, and singer from Assam. Borthakur made her film debut with Assamese Movie Nayak, winning the best debut actress lead role award. She is known for her performance as Sharmishta Bose in Colors TV's Swaragini. Later, she did a telefilm, Nabajibon. Borthakur, along with singer Zubeen Garg, starred in the Assamese movie Gaane Ki Aane.
