She worked in a negative character in TV serial ‘Ek Ladki Anjaani Si’. After that she was also seen in serial ‘Pyaar Ke Do Naam- Ek Radha EK Shyaam’ by Rajshri Production. She also played role in TV series ‘Viraasat’ in year 2007. In October, 2099, she started working in serial ‘Jaane Pehchaane Se .. Ye Ajnabi’. But, show didn’t got TRP and was taken down.

Karishma Tanna age was just 21 when she made Bollywood debut with the movie ‘Dosti: Friends Forever’ and she played the role of Bobby Deol’s Sister. The movie flopped and Karishma Tanna was unnoticed despite her good acting. Her second movie was a Kannada movie named ‘I Am Sorry Mathe Banni Preethsona’. The film received average response.
